Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our product categories, select the item(s) you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to provide shipping information, select a payment method, then confirm your order.
We accept major credit/debit cards and any other payment method listed at checkout (e.g., PayPal, wire transfer, etc.). All payments are processed securely.
Once you place an order, we begin processing it promptly. If you contact us immediately and your order is not yet dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellation. However, once shipping has begun, modifications may not be possible.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping costs vary by your location, selected shipping method, and product availability. We aim to deliver your order to the address you provide as quickly as possible. International deliveries may take longer due to customs or transit delays.
Yes — once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or assist with the next steps.

Returns, Refunds & Faulty Goods

What is your returns policy?
If the goods are defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, you may initiate a return within 7 days (or whichever timeframe you support). We will inspect the item and, where validated, offer a refund, replacement or store credit per our policy.
If the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item, damage), we will cover the return shipping. If the return is for other reasons (change of mind, ordering the wrong item), return shipping may be your responsibility.
Once we receive the returned item and validate it, we will process the refund within [ insert timeframe, e.g., 5-7 business days ]. The repayment method will be the same as the original payment unless otherwise agreed.

Product Information

Are product images and descriptions accurate?
We strive to represent our products accurately. However, due to differences in display devices, colours may vary slightly. Specifications are provided as a guide. In the event of an error, we will notify you before fulfilling your order.

Occasionally, stock may become unavailable after you place your order. We will notify you as soon as we are aware and provide you with options: wait for restock, select an alternative, or receive a full refund.

Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view order history, save addresses, and receive exclusive offers.

International Orders

Do you ship internationally?

The currency shown at checkout is the one you will be charged in. If you choose to pay in a different currency, your bank may apply their own exchange rate.

Promotions & Discounts

Unless otherwise noted, only one code can be applied per order. Each promotion will state any limitations or eligibility criteria.
